Lightweight｜House Reserve Personalized Closing Gift Decanter Set｜Drinkware & Bar Accessories

Personalization: Please include your personalization details, such as a name, engraving text, or design instructions, in the order notes. Their own house bourbon, with their name on a label shaped like the home they just bought.

A house-shaped HOUSE RESERVE label with the family name, the street address and the year they got the keys
Both rocks glasses and the chest lid engraved to match, plus an optional note from you on the back of the decanter
26 oz glass decanter, two 9 oz prism glasses and a pine keepsake chest
Frosted laser engraving made to last

Most closing gifts get used up, regifted or lost in the move. This one becomes part of the house. The decanter reads like a private bourbon label made for their front door: the roofline, the chimney, HOUSE RESERVE, then their name, their street and the year it all started.
The two glasses carry the same label, so the first pour in the new place is a proper toast. The set ships empty, ready for their favorite bourbon. Add a short note on the back of the decanter, like Welcome home with your name, and the family remembers who handed them the keys every time a guest picks it up.
Made for real estate agents, lenders and builders who want a closing gift that feels like a keepsake, and just as right for a couple's first home, a family's forever home or a housewarming party.
Stuck on what to write on the back? A few notes to start from:

Welcome home. Sarah Lane, Hearthstone Realty
Here's to the first of many nights in your new home.
May this house always be full of good friends and good pours.
Congratulations on the keys. It was an honor. Mike Doyle

How to Personalize

Family Name: up to 24 characters, engraved in capitals exactly as you want it read, like THE MILLERS or JAKE & EMMA. Start it with THE and we set THE small above the name.

Street Address: optional, up to 25 characters. Shorten words like Avenue to AVE to keep it big.

Year: optional, the year they got the keys, engraved as EST. 2026. Leave it blank and we engrave this year.

Back Message: optional, up to 120 characters, engraved on the back of the decanter exactly as you type it. Leave it blank and the back stays clear.

HOUSE RESERVE and the house-shaped label come on every set. The chest lid carries the full label, and the glasses carry it without the address line. Our team laser engraves every set in Monroe, Connecticut.
