Mette Abricot is an apricot eau-de-vie from Distillerie Mette, the family distillery founded in 1968 in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, and one of the most respected names in French fruit brandy. Ripe apricots are fermented whole and distilled in small copper stills, then bottled unaged and unsweetened so that nothing but the fruit's aroma remains. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 375ml bottle.The nose is intense fresh apricot with a hint of almond from the stone.
